Violation of Trading Rules: If a referral violates TradeApp's trading rules, the affiliate will not be eligible to receive a commission for that referral.

Cancellation or Chargeback: In the case of account cancellation or a chargeback, the affiliate will not be eligible to receive a commission for that referral.
